Based in: Soho, London / Hybrid
Salary banding: Upwards of £70k pa depending on experience
Reporting to: Customer Project Lead
Requirements: 3 days+ in person. Travel abroad and across the UK may also be required

Requirements
This role works on assignments across our full spectrum of clients managing own delivery of specific inputs. Demonstrates the core level of skills, tools and techniques required, able to work autonomously.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Training in SAP 4 HANA Finance / R2R modules
- A seasoned trainer that can work from process flows, functional design documents and current materials created such as test scripts and basic training documents
- Developing PPT Training Materials
- Storyboarding for eLearning courses
- Creating Support materials such as QRGs simulations and work instructions and Delivering Training to mixed ability audiences. This can include individuals with no SAP experience, never used Fiori and SAP experts but only using highly configured SAP
Must have knowledge and experience:
- 7 years + in a similar training position
- Experience working within defence industries is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management, engagement and communications skills, ability to build trusted relationships
- Experience designing and delivering training
- Ability to work collaboratively with client teams, project teams and training resources
- Training material design and development, end-user training delivery, performance support and communications
- Defining training strategy, approach and learning needs analysis
- Language skills are advantageous
