The Role

This is a senior individual contributor role sitting at the heart of a data-centric product experience. You will own the design of analytics and performance tools used by FinTech organisations to better understand the threat landscape. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of data-centric product features, from early discovery through to launch and iteration
• Define the structure, hierarchy, and interaction patterns of performance dashboards and analytics tools
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the full product development lifecycle
• Use research findings and data insight to validate design decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product
• Shape product direction, defining what should be built and articulating the reasoning clearly to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into the design process and mentor team members in its practical application
• Communicate design rationale and complex problem spaces clearly to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
