Medivet Knypersley
Medivet Knypersley is seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive team. At Medivet, we believe in delivering exceptional care that’s personal to every client and every pet. As Lead Vet, you’ll play a key role in shaping the clinical direction of the practice, mentoring your team, and ensuring the highest standards of patient and client care.
The practice includes a digital x-ray, dental x-ray, in-house blood analysers, and ultrasound services, alongside Medivet’s unique hub and spoke model, allowing access to diagnostic equipment at our local 24-hour hospital including multi-parameter, CT scanner, endoscope, and a laparoscopic kit. The practice has been working very hard towards gaining the ISFM cat friendly clinic registration.

About You
You’re a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance
- Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Share your skills and support our Medivet communities’ development
