Lead Video Producer

Hybrid: (2 days office based per week in Cannock, Staffordshire)

Salary: £40,000 PA

Position: Full-time

We're growing our in-house production capability at Techcare Digital, and we're looking for a talented Lead Video Producer to own it.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being behind the camera and in the edit. You'll take video projects from first idea through to finished delivery, working across two exciting strands: producing the video content that powers our own marketing, and creating high-quality work for our established portfolio of video retainer clients (with plenty of scope to shape new client work as we bring it on).

If you're the kind of producer who's confident owning the whole process, thrives on autonomy, and takes real pride in the quality of what you put out, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
