Lead Web Designer
A fast-growing technology business is looking to appoint a Lead Web Designer to own and shape its website experience.
This is a genuinely high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across design, engineering, and marketing to create a website that becomes a key part of the brand's growth story.
The Opportunity
- Take ownership of the website design and user experience
- Create engaging, high-quality digital experiences from concept to launch
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems
- Work closely with developers to bring ideas to life
- Support campaigns, launches, and landing page creation
- Drive continuous improvements across the customer journey and website performance

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in web, digital, product, or visual design
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design standards
- Experience creating modern websites and digital experiences
- Strong understanding of UX and UI principles
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and building things properly
