Your Impact
Strategy, Technology and AI
- Technical vision: Set the team’s technical direction for our multi-platform applications, balancing customer value, delivery, and long-term platform health.
- AI-first engineering: Embed AI across design, development, testing, debugging, data analysis, and operations—improving how the team builds while maintaining security, quality, and accountability.
- Innovation: Turn emerging technology into meaningful customer and engineering outcomes through rapid, responsible experimentation.
Execution and Engineering Excellence
- End-to-end delivery: Translate product strategy into clear priorities and lead the predictable delivery of high-quality customer experiences.
- Data-driven improvement: Use customer feedback, telemetry, crash data, and delivery metrics to focus investment and measure impact.
- Quality at scale: Champion strong architecture, automation, testing, observability, CI/CD, security, and operational excellence.
People and Culture
- High-performing team: Attract, coach, and retain great engineers, setting clear expectations and supporting meaningful career growth.

Partnership and Influence
- One-team leadership: Partner with Product, UX, Data, and Engineering to shape the roadmap, resolve trade-offs, and deliver shared outcomes.
- Clear communication: Turn complex technical decisions, opportunities, and risks into clear business language that builds alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of software development experience and 3+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
- Proven success delivering complex, customer-facing software through others.
- Strong software architecture and engineering fundamentals, with the ability to guide technical decisions and learn new technologies quickly.
- Passion for AI, with hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools, prototyping AI-enabled ideas, or leading the adoption of emerging technology.
- Strong people leadership, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A clear commitment to quality, security, continuous learning, and measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading desktop, mobile, cross-platform, real-time, media, or performance-sensitive application teams.
- Experience with modern C++, Swift/iOS, Kotlin/Android, Java, Python, Qt, or related technologies.
- Experience introducing AI-assisted development practices or delivering AI-powered product capabilities.
- Experience using automation, telemetry, experimentation, and engineering metrics to improve delivery and product quality.
