About the Role

Location: Unit 5, 644 River Gardens Business Centre, Feltham, TW14 0SN

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the proper receipt, storage, distribution, and inventory control of materials and finished goods. The mission of this role is to ensure warehouse operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable regulations while leading the team to achieve established productivity, quality, and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain 5S methodologies within the warehouse area.
  • Manage and control inventory levels and warehouse stock.
  • Receive and dispatch materials and products.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment, when applicable.
  • Receive, unload, and store materials/products from suppliers or internal departments, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
  • Prepare materials and products for shipment or receipt, including packaging, labeling, loading, and unloading according to specifications and requirements.
  • Monitor warehouse inventory to ensure material and product availability for Production and/or Customer Service.
  • Ensure all materials and products are properly identified and labeled.
  • Comply with all company procedures and policies related to warehouse operations.
  • Use SAP to record inventory movements and process orders.
  • Process goods receipts in SAP to accurately record incoming materials.
  • Operate warehouse vehicles, including forklifts and trucks, to transport materials safely and efficiently throughout warehouse facilities.
  • Process supplier invoices in SAP to ensure accurate payment processing, where applicable.
  • Coordinate and manage imports of products and materials, ensuring timely delivery, proper documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team.
  • Plan, develop, and continuously improve warehouse operational processes related to receiving, storage, and distribution of finished goods.
  • Prepare periodic reports and monitor warehouse operational performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Secondary Education Diploma (GCSE or equivalent).
  • Valid forklift operator certification/license.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Warehouse Technician, Warehouse Lead, or similar support role.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes.
  • Experience working with SAP.
  • Experience operating electric pallet stackers and forklifts.
