Exciting Opportunity for a People Development Trainer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and engaging People Development Trainer to join our dynamic Training Team which provides both Leadership & Management and Learning & Development Training for employees within the Trust.
In this role, you will inspire employees at all levels through the delivery of highly engaging content, presented through different methods. You will be innovative when creating and translating immersive learning - both remotely and face to face.
- Working closely with fellow trainers and leads you will help build our employees capabilities through impactful training solutions aligned to our organisational objectives.
This role is fast paced, which will require you to be agile and energetic, but the work is very rewarding.
We believe that work should be a great place to be for everyone and we will support you and your continuing personal development with regular one to ones and an annual appraisal, ensuring you are signposted to all the training courses and support that is available to you.
