Key Responsibilities
- Leveraging established systems and technology to create opportunities for meaningful professional conversations
- Conducting introductory conversations to assess alignment and guide suitable individuals through a structured information process
- Managing your workflow, communications, and follow-up through established digital systems
- Participating in ongoing mentoring, training, and collaborative learning while continuing your own leadership development
- Embracing innovation, using technology confidently, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, ethics, and compliance in all interactions
