Business Management Trainee
Edinburgh | Full-Time | On-Site

Caledonia Group is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our growing team in Edinburgh as a Business Management Trainee.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in business, sales and leadership. You’ll gain practical experience working on live client campaigns while developing your understanding of customer acquisition, team performance and business growth.
As you develop your skills and demonstrate your ability, you’ll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility across people, campaigns and business operations.

Your Development
You’ll begin by developing practical commercial experience across areas including:
- Sales and customer acquisition
- Customer and client relationships
- Campaign performance
- Business development
- Commercial awareness
- Face-to-face communication
As you gain experience and demonstrate your capabilities, you’ll have the opportunity to develop further skills in:
- Coaching and developing others
- Team leadership and performance

Who We’re Looking For
Previous management experience isn’t required. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Ambitious and career-focused
- Eager to learn and develop
- Confident communicating with different people
- Resilient and motivated by results
- Open to coaching and feedback
- Comfortable taking responsibility
- Interested in developing their leadership and commercial skills
