About The Role
Leadership & Business Senior Learning Specialist

Location: London / Hybrid
Delivery: Primarily Virtual, with delivery from QA centres and client sites as required
Department: Learning
Grade: DG4
Reporting to: Delivery Manager
This role involves occasional delivery across multiple time zones and may require international travel when necessary. Flexibility to deliver training outside standard working hours is required to meet business and client needs. Where training delivery is scheduled during evening or night-time hours, compensation will be provided in accordance with company policy.

About The Role
This is more than a trainer role.
As a recognised expert in leadership and professional skills, you'll design, develop and deliver engaging learning experiences that enable learners to build confidence, capability and measurable impact in the workplace.
You'll work with everyone from aspiring managers to senior leaders, facilitating highly interactive programmes that bring leadership concepts to life and help learners translate new skills into meaningful action.
Alongside delivery, you'll contribute to the development of our leadership portfolio, helping shape innovative programmes that address today's organisational challenges, including AI leadership, communication, coaching, resilience, personal effectiveness and change.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver Outstanding Learning Experiences
- Facilitate high-impact leadership and professional skills programmes virtually and face-to-face.
- Create engaging, inclusive and practice-rich learning environments.
- Enable learners to apply new skills through coaching, reflection, discussion and action planning.
- Adapt delivery styles to suit diverse learner groups and organisational contexts.
- Create learner-centred courseware and resources aligned to client needs and business outcomes.
- Design workshops, masterclasses, modular programmes and action learning experiences.
- Apply adult learning principles and modern instructional design approaches.
- Develop programmes that create genuine behavioural change and workplace impact.
- Act as a trusted SME across areas including:
- AI Leadership
- Communication Skills
- Personal Effectiveness
- Coaching
- Business Relationships
- Management & Leadership
- Sales and Influence
- Support colleagues and clients with expert insight and guidance.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of QA's leadership portfolio.

Drive Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Consistently achieve Trainer Satisfaction Scores (TSAT) of 92% or above.
- Participate in trainer observations and coaching activities.
- Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive developmental feedback.
- Use learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve programmes.
Collaborate and Influence
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional learner experience.
- Contribute positively to team initiatives, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities.
Essential Experience
What We're Looking For
You'll bring a strong track record of designing and delivering impactful leadership and professional skills learning programmes.
You'll Have
- Outstanding facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.
- Experience delivering behavioural and leadership learning to audiences ranging from early-career professionals through to senior executives.
- Proven expertise in designing engaging learning solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to quickly build credibility.
- Passion for leadership development and helping people perform at their best.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and the opportunities it presents for leaders and organisations.
We're Particularly Interested In Candidates With
- ILM Level 5-7 qualifications
- CIPD Learning & Development qualifications
- EMCC or ICF coaching accreditation
- Emergenetics accreditation
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline such as Organisational Psychology, Business, Coaching or HRD
