Role: Leadership & Culture Strategy Senior Manager

Career Level: Senior Manager

Location: London

Travel Requirement: Flexibility to travel approximately 30-35% of the time, depending on client needs. Travel predominantly within UK, Europe & Middle East.

Languages: Fluent in English. Other European languages beneficial.

Desired Senior Manager candidate:

  • Able to deliver leadership & culture services at all levels within an organisation, from emerging leaders to C-Suite/Board.
  • Deeply committed to improving business outcomes for our clients through leveraging a broad set of solutions, from Leadership & Culture and wider Accenture.
  • Self-motivated, personable, and highly commercial with significant experience in our the field, looking to join a high-growth, dynamic, and entrepreneurial culture.
  • Adept at navigating complex, global, matrixed organisations to drive client solutions.
  • Insightful, collaborative, and flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and continuous learning.
  • Accomplished at developing large-scale business solutions and driving transformational growth with new and existing clients.
  • Skilled at selling leadership & culture solutions through brilliant exceptional client service, and building, nurturing and sustaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities of a Senior Manager:

  • Design & delivery: Design, deliver, and implement impactful, consulting programmes within large-scale transformation programmes. Create solutions that will likely incorporate Leadership Strategy, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Culture Change, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Executive Assessment, Advisory Coaching, Team Development, Board Effectiveness, and CEO Succession Planning.
  • Client management: Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on embedding solutions that will bring benefits for the client, as well as serve in the interest of the practice.
  • Business development: Develop and maintain a high-calibre network of senior-level contacts to create business opportunities, leading large-scale RFPs, including integrated deals within Accenture. Proactively originating new opportunities to sell work and expand the L&C footprint within Accenture.
  • Commercial Acumen: Highly commercial individual, with experience managing project profitability.
  • One Accenture: Build deep relationships with internal Accenture stakeholders. Work across diverse functions and geographies. Demonstrate credibility within the wider Accenture ecosystem and credibly talk to the wider range of Accenture offerings (beyond L&C), co-creating solutions that incorporate Leadership & Culture offerings into large-scale transformational deals.
  • Leadership: Manage and coordinate client teams, serve as a role model within the practice, and lead others through change.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Significant client management and business development experience.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and supporting top teams in major industries.
  • Broad, deep consulting experience, ideally in a Big Four organisation demonstrating breadth of experience in leadership & culture services.
  • Proven record of working within a global organisation, effectively engaging with challenging and complex stakeholders.
  • Credible experience in some/all of the following Leadership & Culture service offerings:
    • Team effectiveness
    • Culture change
    • Leadership development
    • Leadership/Executive Coaching and Advisory
    • Talent transformation
    • Workshop design and facilitation
    • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy, services, and/or training
  • Confidence using data, analytics, and technology alongside experience-based intuition.
  • Experience as a line manager and/or coach and mentor.
  • Aptitude, or genuine desire to deepen AI expertise in a Leadership & Culture context.
  • Master’s degree or above in psychology, behavioural science, or a related field or equivalent levels of skill and knowledge – preferred but not a requirement.
