About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and purpose-driven Leadership Development Consultant to represent a leading international personal development organisation. This role focuses on promoting and delivering a portfolio of transformational leadership programs, online learning tools, and live development events designed to help individuals and organisations unlock their full potential.
As a Leadership Development Consultant, you will play a key role in growing brand awareness, nurturing prospective clients, and driving sales activity across the UK. You will work independently while being supported by a global team committed to empowering excellence in personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and represent a suite of internationally recognised personal development and leadership products & events.
- Develop and execute sales and digital marketing activity to attract prospective clients.
- Build relationships with prospects through social media engagement, online events, and direct outreach.
- Deliver presentations, discovery calls, and consultations to understand the needs of individual clients.
- Attend online training, leadership workshops, and international events (where required).
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product offerings and market trends.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Whilst no previous experience is required, previous experience in sales, coaching, leadership development, recruitment, training, consultancy, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Is open-minded and willing to learn new skills through a proven training programme.
- Is passionate about personal growth and supporting others to achieve their potential.
- Has strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues and team members.
- Enjoys working autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Is proactive, organised, and skilled at building long-term relationships.
- Is comfortable using LinkedIn and other digital channels to generate leads and increase visibility.
