Leadership Development Consultant - Independent Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Consultant to operate in an independent contract capacity within the personal growth and leadership development sector.

The initial focus is relationship-led client discovery and professional engagement, with structured training and mentoring becoming part of the role as client relationships develop.

This may suit a senior professional with a background in leadership development, learning and development, people development, strategic relationships, consultative client work or senior stakeholder engagement who is considering a move away from a conventional salaried structure and into a more autonomous consulting model.

The role requires strong judgement, mature communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with care, clarity, and integrity.

About Us

Vieve Society works in the personal growth and leadership development space, supporting clients through digital personal development programmes and live destination events.

Our approach is consultative and no-pressure, with focus on meaningful conversations, thoughtful qualification, and helping each person make an informed decision about whether we are the right fit for them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
