Leadership Development Facilitator

Warwick (+Ad Hoc UK travel)

6 Month Contract

Flexible Day Rate Inside IR35 (DOE)

About the Role:

As a Leadership Development Facilitator, you will play a vital role in delivering the leadership pillar of the People Strategy. Your expertise will help build line manager capability and embed a robust coaching culture throughout the organisation. You will have the exciting opportunity to design and deliver engaging Coaching for Performance workshops, facilitate peer mentoring sessions, and provide targeted 1:1 coaching that supports continuous learning and development.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Workshop Wizardry: Schedule and prepare for impactful Coaching for Performance workshops that inspire and uplift.
  • Mentoring Maven: Design and facilitate online peer mentoring sessions and action learning sets to foster ongoing support and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Feedback Focused: Update intervention designs based on participant and business feedback, ensuring relevance and engagement.
  • Super Coach: Provide personalised 1:1 coaching as needed, guiding individuals through their leadership journeys.
  • Resource Creator: Design ongoing coaching resources for line managers that are easily accessible for continuous development.
  • Co-Delivery Champion: Depending on your skillset, co-deliver additional Senior Leadership Development Programme cohorts as requested.
  • Support Network Builder: Facilitate peer mentoring sessions for past Leadership Development Programme delegates to encourage ongoing growth.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • A strong understanding of coaching principles and a commitment to fostering a coaching culture.
  • Experience in delivering leadership and management development, particularly for first-level managers.
  • Proficiency in applying adult learning principles and experiential learning methodologies.
  • Excellent skills in facilitating workshops (both in-person and virtual) with a focus on engagement and reflexion.
  • Strong coaching abilities, with a knack for providing effective 1:1 support to individuals at various career stages.
  • Expertise in designing and facilitating peer mentoring sessions and action learning sets.
  • Outstanding planning, organisational, and scheduling skills to manage various cohorts and workshops.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility among participants.
  • An ability to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and adapt delivery based on valuable feedback.
