Job Title: Leadership Development & Professional Growth Partner

Candidate Profile
- Professional Depth: 5+ years of experience in a demanding field (Corporate Leadership, Education, Healthcare, Management, etc.).
- The "Run With It" Mindset: A strong desire for professional autonomy and a "level playing field."
- Self-Directed Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of long-term goals.
