Job Title: Leadership Development & Professional Growth Partner

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced professional, perhaps a leader, manager, or educator - who has mastered your field but feels as though you’ve reached the "ceiling"? What You Will Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Identify and partner with new clients, providing guidance within our global community.

  • Campaign Execution: Implement and manage digital marketing initiatives to drive growth and awareness.
  • Practice Operations: Take full control of your schedule, your strategy, and your professional trajectory as an independent consultant.

Candidate Profile

  • Professional Depth: 5+ years of experience in a demanding field (Corporate Leadership, Education, Healthcare, Management, etc.).

  • Self-Directed Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of long-term goals.
