Are you passionate about helping leaders grow, thrive, and create outstanding experiences for customers and colleagues? We're looking for a Leadership Development Partner to join our Academy team and play a key role in shaping the leaders of today and tomorrow.

In this role, you'll design and deliver engaging leadership development experiences that help leaders build high-performing, customer-focused teams. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, using customer, colleague, and operational insights to create practical solutions that drive meaningful change.

You'll coach and support leaders at all levels, helping them build the confidence, capability, and accountability needed to put customers at the heart of every decision. By turning insight into action, you'll help create lasting leadership behaviours that improve team performance, customer outcomes, and business success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering impactful leadership development programmes and learning experiences.
  • Helping leaders translate customer insight into everyday behaviours, decisions, and team culture.
  • Providing coaching, guidance, and support to strengthen leadership effectiveness and performance.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify development needs and create solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Using customer, colleague, and operational data to shape learning interventions and continuous improvement.
  • Measuring and demonstrating the impact of leadership development on engagement, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the Academy to help build a consistent, customer-centric leadership culture.

HOW WE WORK

You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week. This position includes travel to other Severn Trent sites, so a driving licence is beneficial.

You'll join a caring culture that collaborates to achieve, grow, and develop. Our employee engagement scores are among the highest globally in energy and utilities. That’s why, we value in-person moments to keep our culture alive but also understand the flexibility working from home can bring. So, you'll usually find us in the office, but working from home is supported, when you need it.

WHAT WE'ER LOOKING FOR

We're keen to hear from people who have:

  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes for leaders at all levels.
  • A background in Learning & Development, with a passion for developing people and teams.
  • Experience coaching leaders and supporting behaviour change.
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnering skills.
  • The ability to use insight and data to identify needs and create meaningful development solutions.
  • Previous leadership or people management experience.
  • A full UK driving licence.

  • CIPD Level 5 (or above) in Learning & Development.
  • A recognised coaching qualification.
