Role Description

The Leadership Development Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. In this role, the trainee supports field marketing and customer acquisition campaigns, learns to manage territory planning, and participates in sales activities that promote partner brands.

  • Contributing to campaign performance reporting

The trainee will rotate through key functions such as campaign coordination, brand representation, and basic team leadership tasks, while receiving structured training and coaching. Over time, this role is designed to prepare the trainee for leadership responsibilities in managing teams and overseeing local campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers in person.
  • Interest in sales, marketing, and customer acquisition, with a willingness to learn field marketing and campaign execution.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility to be active in different locations as campaigns require.
  • Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and professionalism in representing brands and following compliance standards.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign results and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to learning and taking initiative.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, sales, or events) is beneficial but not required.
  • Education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage, though diverse backgrounds are welcomed.
