Description

Leadership Development Trainer
Salary up to £38,500

We’re looking for a Leadership Development Trainer to join our growing Organisational Development team and help strengthen leadership capability across Priory.

As our Organisational Development offering continues to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and expanding our leadership development programmes. You’ll design, deliver and assess a range of learning, including ILM-accredited qualifications, workshops and psychometric profiling, working with managers and leaders at all levels.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified trainer, tutor or assessor who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and making a real difference to how people lead and develop their teams.

This is a remote role, although you’ll need to be comfortable travelling across the UK occasionally, including occasional overnight stays.

Please note: Internally, this role is known as Leadership Development Specialist, and this is the job title stated in your contract.

What you'll be doing

You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering Priory’s leadership development offer, helping managers and leaders build the skills and confidence they need to lead effectively.

You’ll:

  • Design, develop and deliver programmes including the Priory Leadership Programme and ILM-accredited qualifications in leadership, coaching and mentoring.
  • Act as a tutor and assessor, supporting learners through their qualifications and providing constructive feedback to help them progress.
  • Create and deliver engaging workshops, webinars and blended learning covering leadership, people management and coaching.
  • Support our REACH Leadership Programme and deliver tailored development activity for Senior Leadership Teams, including psychometric profiling and team-building sessions.
  • Deliver learning virtually and face-to-face across Priory, with occasional travel to sites across the UK, including some overnight stays.
  • A key part of the role will be ensuring our programmes remain high quality and relevant. You’ll work closely with the L&OD team to evaluate learning, gather feedback and continually improve our leadership development offer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
