How To Apply

Please submit your CV/resume together with a cover letter explaining why you believe you would be a strong addition to the Rosie's People consultant network.

Within your cover letter, please answer the following six mandatory questions.

Applications that do not answer all six questions will not be considered.

Application Questions

  1. Location, Right to Work & Delivery Availability

Where are you currently based, where do you have the right to work, and which locations could you reasonably support in person? Please also confirm whether you deliver in person, virtually or both.

  2. Recent Training, L&D or Coaching Experience

Please describe up to three relevant projects or assignments you have worked on within the last three years. For each, briefly explain the client or organisation type, what you were engaged to do, your personal role in the project, the audience you supported and the outcome.

  3. Programme Design & Delivery

Please give one example of a training, learning or development programme that you personally designed, co-designed and/or delivered from beginning to end. What did you personally create or deliver, how was the programme structured, and how did you or the client assess whether it had been successful?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About The Opportunity

Successful applicants may be added to Rosie's People's approved consultant network and considered for client assignments as requirements arise.

Depending on the assignment, you may be asked to design, develop, facilitate and/or deliver learning and development interventions, provide individual or group coaching, support wider organisational-development projects, or contribute specialist expertise as part of a broader Rosie's People client engagement.

Some assignments may involve delivering an established programme or framework. Others may require you to work with the client and us to understand a particular organisational need and develop an appropriate intervention.

You may work independently on some assignments and alongside other Rosie's People consultants on others. In either case, we expect consultants to work within the agreed client scope, maintain appropriate communication, protect confidentiality and escalate issues appropriately.
