Key Responsibilities
Leadership Influence & Relationship Building

Programme Education & Client Support
- Share information regarding leadership development, personal growth, and educational resources.
- Assist individuals in understanding available learning solutions and development pathways.
- Communicate programme features and benefits professionally and ethically.
- Support individuals as they evaluate resources aligned with their personal and professional goals.
Continuous Leadership Development
- Participate in ongoing leadership, communication, and professional development training.
- Remain informed about available resources, industry trends, and emerging leadership practices.
- Apply established systems, best practices, and business processes to daily activities.

Independent Work Management
- Effectively manage priorities and responsibilities within a remote working environment.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- 10+ years of professional leadership or management experience.
- Experience leading teams, developing people, coaching, consulting, mentoring, or influencing organisational outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- The ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
- Proficiency with digital communication and collaboration tools.
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
