Key Responsibilities

Leadership Influence & Relationship Building

  • Develop authentic, professional relationships with individuals interested in leadership and personal development.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand individual goals, aspirations, and growth objectives.
  • Draw upon your professional experience to guide and support individuals as they explore leadership and development resources.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and foster long-term professional relationships.

Business Growth & Professional Outreach

  • Utilise digital communication platforms, including social media, email, and video conferencing, to connect with prospective clients and expand professional networks.
  • Implement established communication and marketing systems to support business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Contribute to ongoing business development through relationship-centred outreach and engagement.

Programme Education & Client Support

  • Share information regarding leadership development, personal growth, and educational resources.
  • Assist individuals in understanding available learning solutions and development pathways.
  • Communicate programme features and benefits professionally and ethically.
  • Support individuals as they evaluate resources aligned with their personal and professional goals.

Continuous Leadership Development

  • Participate in ongoing leadership, communication, and professional development training.
  • Remain informed about available resources, industry trends, and emerging leadership practices.
  • Apply established systems, best practices, and business processes to daily activities.

Independent Work Management

  • Effectively manage priorities and responsibilities within a remote working environment.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 10+ years of professional leadership or management experience.
  • Experience leading teams, developing people, coaching, consulting, mentoring, or influencing organisational outcomes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • The ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
  • Proficiency with digital communication and collaboration tools.
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
  • A desire to continue making a meaningful contribution while working with greater flexibility and autonomy.
