Are you the calm, organised person who keeps leaders one step ahead?

We are looking for an outstanding SLT administrator to support our Leadership Team. We care about finding the right person, not where you live: if you are exceptional, we will build a working pattern around you, whether you live around the corner or further afield.

School experience is not essential. PAs, executive assistants, legal and medical secretaries, senior administrators, career returners and school business support staff ready for a step up are all welcome.

A typical week might include

  • Preparing governing body packs and strategic documents.
  • Turning data into clear reports for leaders.
  • Compiling accurate document bundles for HR, special educational needs or safeguarding processes.
  • Managing leadership diaries and correspondence and keeping documents secure in SharePoint and Teams.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven senior-level administrative or business support experience.
  • Confident, proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written communication and a sharp eye for accuracy.
  • Discretion with confidential information and the judgement to prioritise a varied workload.
  • Business and Administration Level 3 or equivalent qualification, or equivalent skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
