About The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Leadership and Organisational Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of impactful leadership, learning, and organisational development initiatives across Staffordshire Police.
Working in partnership with leaders at all levels, you will drive leadership excellence, strengthen organisational capability, and support meaningful cultural and organisational change. Your work will create opportunities for colleagues to develop, grow, and perform at their very best, helping to build a skilled, engaged, and resilient workforce.

Residency Eligibility
Please note you will need to have been a resident in the UK for the last three years consecutively for RV Level roles and five years for MV Level roles (see below link around Vetting for more information).
