About our client

Our client is a leading global, credit-focused alternative investment manager with a diversified platform spanning privately negotiated senior and junior debt, liquid credit, asset-based finance, and real estate. Backed by the scale of a major global asset manager, the firm combines deep origination capabilities with significant capital flexibility, enabling it to invest in businesses of all sizes through both standard and highly customised solutions. The culture is defined by intellectual rigour, discipline, and a genuine passion for investing, underpinned by a strong commitment to performance and collaboration.

What the job involves

The asset value team focuses on asset-backed private credit investments, including the acquisition of SME leasing platforms and private credit solutions for businesses navigating dislocation in the broader capital markets. The successful candidate will be involved across the full deal lifecycle, from initial screening through to due diligence, investment committee presentation, and ongoing asset management of the portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
