About the job

Pacific International Recruitment is an executive search firm with over 25 years of experience in placing specialists and executives. With our headquarters in London and additional locations in Düsseldorf and Philadelphia, we provide targeted support to our clients and candidates across EMEA, APAC, and the USA.

We have partnered with a global leader in industrial manufacturing, to support their Model of Excellence (MoE) program across the UK & Ireland, focusing on LEAN and Continuous Improvement. With a strong international presence, the company is leading the industry in innovative industrial solutions, with their high-performance products being exported globally.

The Model of Excellence Deployment Leader will support the company-wide transformation agenda, by driving operational excellence and standardisation across manufacturing sites. The focus is on embedding lean principles, improving efficiency, driving cost reduction and ensuring consistent ways of working across the business. The MoE Deployment leader will be hands-on and execution-focused, bringing deep expertise in operational excellence, lean manufacturing and business transformation. Balancing coaching and influencing at all levels with working in a hands-on manager across multiple manufacturing locations. Additionally, they will support integration and operational alignment across newly acquired businesses within North America. Partnering closely with site leadership teams, they will embed accountability and ownership, driving behavioural change and establishing common standards across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading LEAN Transformation: Own deployment of the Model of Excellence (MoE) framework across manufacturing sites. Ensure alignment with the organization's Business Excellence strategy, driving adoption of Lean operating principles and behaviours. Manage the site's transformation roadmap and priorities.
  • Delivering Continuous Improvement & Productivity Gains: Identify waste, inefficiencies, bottlenecks and process defects. Lead strategic and cross-functional improvement initiatives, focusing on productivity, quality, delivery, cost, safety and people-development metrics. Deliver measurable operational and financial benefits.
  • Implementation of LEAN Six Sigma Tools: Act as the Site’s subject matter expert in LEAN methodologies, embedding the following methodologies: Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, Daily Management Systems, Standard Work, 5S, Lean Leadership, Problem Solving and Waste Elimination
  • Drive Change Management and Cultural Adoption: Facilitate Lean training programmes, supporting accreditation and certification programmes.
  • Serve as the strategic partner to leaders, supporting leadership in embedding a continuous improvement culture. Manage stakeholder engagement and resistance to change and communicate the vision and benefits of MoE at all levels. Influence and collaborate within a complex matrix organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
