Lean Manufacturing Manager
Contract
Location - Chichester
Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within a manufacturing environment?
We're looking for an experienced Lean Manufacturing Manager to lead and embed lean principles, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the delivery of world-class manufacturing performance. This is an exciting opportunity to influence change, coach teams, and make a tangible impact across a complex production environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the implementation and application of lean manufacturing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and process performance.
- Coaching, training, and mentoring managers, team leaders, and operational teams in lean tools and techniques.
- Facilitating workshops and improvement activities to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable results.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across production and support functions to ensure consistent standards and best practice adoption.
- Using data and analytical problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of lean methodologies, tools, and continuous improvement principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience facilitating workshops and leading improvement projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and operational environments.
