Job Description
Lead an end-to-end lean transformation at a major food and beverage manufacturing site. You will own the entire deployment, from mapping current and future states to executing implementation plans. Partnering with business unit leaders, you'll drive performance objectives, coach senior management, and embed sustainable Lean Six Sigma standards across the plant.

What You Will Do
- Guide the end-to-end lean deployment, including current-state analysis, future-state design, and the delivery of specific value stream performance objectives.
- Coach and train stakeholders at all levels, from plant directors acting as sponsors to frontline teams mastering root-cause problem solving and Kaizen.
- Implement and standardize core lean tools like VSM, SMED, OEE, and Kanban to ensure continuous improvement routines remain active long-term.
The ideal candidate
- Demonstrates 5+ years of hands-on lean mastery in manufacturing, operating at a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level with proven transformation leadership.
- Possesses the professional presence to influence senior directors and the patience to mentor frontline staff through complex behavioral and process changes.
- Has a strong background in high-volume manufacturing environments, such as food and beverage, with disciplined program management and benefit-tracking skills.
