Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead current-state discovery and architecture assessment across technology and business domains. This role focuses on rapidly building an accurate picture of the as-is environment using EA tooling (e.g., LeanIX) and structured discovery techniques to support integration planning, sequencing, and decision-making.

Key Deliverables

  • Perform current-state architecture discovery and assessments across acquired or complex environments.
  • Execute rapid asset inventory and mapping, including applications, infrastructure, integrations, and data flows.
  • Create and maintain application portfolio maps, integration diagrams, and infrastructure views.
  • Map data flows, business processes, and business capabilities, aligning technology assets to business outcomes.
  • Check cost elements tied to applications and platforms to support rationalization and prioritization decisions.
  • Evaluate CI/CD maturity and delivery pipelines where relevant.
  • Define and document integration architecture patterns and constraints to inform future-state planning.
  • Utilize EA tools (LeanIX or equivalent) to model, analyze, and communicate findings clearly to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Liaise with program, engineering, and business teams to translate discovery outputs into actionable inputs for integration roadmaps and execution plans.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
