About Us

At Access Education Group, we are dedicated to empowering learners and providing outstanding educational support. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every learner can thrive. As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are looking for a passionate, organised, and welcoming Learner Services Advisor to join our dynamic team in Bristol.

The Role

As a Learner Services Advisor, you will be the heart of our Bristol campus. A typical day will focus on running our vibrant college reception acting as the primary point of contact for learners, staff, visitors, and senior leadership.

In addition to front-of-house operations, you will provide vital support to learners throughout their educational journey, with a particular focus on high-needs funded learners and those with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). On occasion, you may also provide Learning Support Assistant (LSA) cover as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front-of-House Operations

  • Welcome & Hospitality: Meet and greet visitors, National Centre Management, Board members, and the CEO. Oversee visitor, staff, and student sign-in sheets.
  • Access & Security: Open and close reception daily. Issue lanyards, staff IDs, visitor badges, temporary student IDs, and bike/car park passes.
  • Communication & Admin: Handle telephone and in-person queries, manage internal admin systems, handle incoming deliveries, and organize outgoing post/stamps.
  • Ad-hoc Services: Process petty cash transactions, order taxis for staff and students, and safely shred sensitive documentation in compliance with data protection.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
