Learning & Assessment Administrator (5‑Month FTC)

📍 Farringdon, London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
💼 Fixed-term contract - 5 months | Full-time (35 hours)
💰 £28,000
🚀 Immediate interviews – urgent start

About the Role

We’re recruiting a highly organised and detail-focused Learning & Assessment Administrator to join a busy Education & Learning team on a 5-month fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support to learners.

You’ll be central to ensuring assessments run smoothly — supporting candidates, managing data, maintaining secure processes, and helping deliver high-quality online examinations and learning materials.

If you’re calm under pressure, confident with systems, and enjoy varied administrative work, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a professional education setting with immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive support to learners and internal teams via email and phone.
  • Deliver technical administration for online assessments, including uploading candidate data, assigning markers, and producing results files.
  • Monitor live assessments and assist candidates professionally and calmly.
  • Accurately process postponements, withdrawals, absences, and ‘no shows’.
  • Resolve access issues for assessment platforms and digital learning materials.
  • Manage requests for reasonable adjustments and exceptional circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM and assessment systems.
  • Handle confidential documents securely, including exam papers and medical evidence.
  • Support production of assessment materials, scheduling meetings and tracking progress.
  • Produce reports on marking progress and process payments to markers/suppliers.
  • Assist with post-exam processes such as appeals and extenuating circumstances.
  • Generate performance reports and statistics for internal committees.
  • Work collaboratively to keep processes, policies and learning materials up to date.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
