Our client, a membership organisation in the legal sector, is seeking an organised and proactive Professional Development Administrator to support the delivery of training courses, qualifications, conferences and events.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage bookings, registrations and delegate communications.
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and learning systems.
- Support trainers, delegates and stakeholders with enquiries.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of training and events.
- Update website and online learning content.
- Gather feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About you:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft 365 and digital systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
