Learning and Development Advisor
HR | Group-wide role
We’re looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to support the design, delivery and coordination of high-quality learning across the Group. Working closely with the Talent Development Manager, you’ll help create practical learning solutions that build capability, support business priorities and improve the learner experience.
This is a varied role with a mix of training design, delivery and operational support, including involvement in management development, business-wide learning initiatives, compliance activity, apprenticeship and early careers support, and day-to-day L&D coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Support the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of Group-wide Learning & Development activity
- Design, deliver and evaluate learning sessions, including workshops, management development, inductions and mandatory training
- Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to shape blended learning solutions that are practical and engaging
- Support apprenticeship and early careers activity, including learner coordination, stakeholder updates and provider liaison where required
- Provide flexible support for site-based, operational and business-wide learning delivery where required
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records and reporting
- Coordinate learning events, bookings, materials and attendance
- Promote learning opportunities and drive engagement across the organisation
- Support relationships with external training providers

What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering training and developing learning content or materials
- Experience using a Learning Management System
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different business areas and adapting learning to suit the audience
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of operational environments and how learning supports day-to-day business needs (desirable)
- Hands-on experience delivering or coordinating apprenticeships, early careers programmes or funded learning pathways, including an understanding of how apprenticeship funding and levy processes work, would be desirable
- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
