Principal responsibilities
- Coordinate the learning delivery plan, cohort calendar, participant rosters, venues, equipment and materials.
- Work closely with the OpX Trainer and Coach to prepare each classroom and coaching cycle.
- Gather participant, trainer and coach feedback after each pilot or cohort delivery.
- Convert feedback into prioritised improvements for subsequent training waves and learner journeys.
- Rapidly edit presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, assessments and supporting resources.
- Add relevant examples while protecting agreed curriculum standards and certification requirements.
- Maintain document quality, version control, approvals and branding across all learning materials.
- Configure and maintain curricula, cohorts, modules, enrolments and completion records within the OpX LMS.
- Test role-based learner journeys, access permissions, notifications, assessments and certification workflows.
- Resolve learning content or platform issues with OpX and relevant technology teams.
- Prepare materials and LMS content promptly for each succeeding classroom training wave.
- Administer learner communications, joining instructions, attendance records, feedback surveys and follow-up actions.
- Support coaching administration and evidence tracking for Black Belt and Green Belt certification projects.
- Monitor attendance, completion, learner feedback and proficiency, providing clear progress reporting.
- Document sustainable procedures and transfer learning administration into ongoing company ownership.

Required experience, knowledge and skills
The individual should typically offer:
- 3-5 years’ Learning and Development experience covering training operations, instructional design or LMS administration.
- Demonstrable experience rapidly authoring and improving instructor-led learning materials under tight delivery cycles.
- Strong LMS administration experience, including curricula, cohorts, enrolments, assessments, reporting and access controls.
- Experience coordinating multi-cohort classroom programmes involving trainers, coaches, learners and operational stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse structured feedback and translate findings into practical content and process improvements.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills, with confident use of Excel and Microsoft 365.
- Strong attention to accuracy, version control, learner accessibility and document quality.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating across business and other delivery partners.
- Experience within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing or another regulated environment would be valuable.

A recognised Learning and Development, instructional design or training qualification would be advantageous. Experience of Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, certification programmes or web-based learning platforms would be particularly valuable.
