The successful candidate will have experience in HR within a professional services environment, ideally in learning and development. You will be highly organised, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership of several priorities while delivering a first-class service.

  • Work with the L&D Manager on the Associate Development Centre, including schedules, invitations, pre-meetings, MBTIs, learning sets, facilitators and actors. Support live sessions, Zoom links and breakout rooms.
  • Assist the Senior L&D Advisor with Future Leaders Programme administration, including 360-degree feedback, development and assessment centres, venues, travel, assessments, coaching sessions and learning sets.
  • Help coordinate management development programmes, including workshops, venues, invitations, travel, psychometrics and liaison with internal and external providers.
  • Process invoices, track spending against the L&D budget and gather supplier rate information.
  • Coordinate language lessons with the language agency, including student onboarding and invoices.
  • Keep L&D intranet pages, training information and registration links up to date.
  • Administer professional qualifications, including trackers, clawback forms, new requests and invoices.
  • Support Learning Management System access, training and queries from admin users.
  • Process membership renewals, invoices and expenses, maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide HR Helpdesk support one day per week, working with HR colleagues on general administration requests.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
