My client, is a leading Real Estate and Commercial law firm, with offices across the world, who are now looking to hire a Learning & Development Assistant into their wider team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, organised and proactive individual to join a highly regarded HR and Learning & Development function. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning initiatives, trainee development programmes and leadership development activities across an international business.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within Learning & Development or HR administration in a professional services environment and will enjoy coordinating multiple projects, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering an exceptional internal client experience.
Responsibilities
As Learning & Development Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across a wide range of development programmes and initiatives. Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating professional skills training programmes across multiple locations.
- Supporting trainee, graduate and newly qualified induction programmes.
- Managing training schedules, invitations, attendance records, evaluations and learning materials.
- Acting as a key point of contact for trainees, delegates, facilitators and external training providers.
- Assisting with leadership and management development programmes, including development centres and coaching initiatives.
- Coordinating venues, travel arrangements and logistics for both virtual and in-person events.
- Supporting psychometric assessments, feedback processes and learning groups.
- Maintaining learning records and mandatory training trackers.
- Assisting with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and user support.
- Managing professional qualification administration and related documentation.
- Processing invoices, expenses and budget information whilst maintaining accurate records.
- Updating internal learning resources and training information on the company intranet.
- Providing wider HR administrative support as required.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- Previous Learning & Development, Training or HR Assistant experience within a professional services environment.
- Experience coordinating events, workshops or training programmes.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and adaptable approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and an interest in learning technologies and systems.
