As part of Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the HR team working in our Head office which is based at Holiday Inn Express- Heathrow Terminal 5.
What will your day look like?
The role focuses on supporting and coordinating Learning & Development (L&D) across the organisation. You’ll manage L&D enquiries, learning platforms, training records, internal and external training, mandatory training, apprenticeships and work placements. You’ll also help improve L&D processes through AI, automation and digital tools--streamlining administration, improving workflows and enhancing the learner experience. This role offers hands-on experience in learning technologies, AI, apprenticeships and talent development, providing a strong foundation for a career in L&D, Talent Development or Digital Learning.

What will you bring?
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong digital literacy and confidence using technology
- Experience of Learning Management Systems being advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and efficiency
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A continuous improvement mindset
