The ESP Group is currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Associate to join our contact centre team on a full-time, permanent basis.

If you have excellent communication and administration skills, are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and are seeking career progression, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

At The ESP Group, you will be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced, talented, and growing team responsible for delivering bespoke customer experience across a variety of communication channels.

About the Role

As a Learning & Development Associate, you will be a subject matter expert in all fields of learning, development, and quality assurance. As part of our highly skilled Support team, you will collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams to deliver into business objectives, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of training and continuous development programs.

Often being the first interaction new team members or partners have with our business, the right person for this role must be enthusiastic, positive, engaging, and supportive, with a genuine desire to develop people and collaborate across disciplines to create strong partnerships and promote a positive learning environment for all.
