About the Role
The ESP Group is currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Associate to join our contact centre team in Arbroath on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams to deliver business objectives, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of training and continuous development programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in all fields of learning, development, and quality assurance.
- Promote a positive learning environment for all, being the first interaction new team members or partners have with our business.

Requirements
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
