Job Title: Learning & Development Business Partner
Location: Hybrid Working - 4 Days in our office in Bloomsbury, London & 1 day WFH
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits
Contract Length: 12 months FTC
About The Role
At Imperial London Hotels, we believe our people are the difference. As we continue to evolve and invest in the future of our talent, we're looking for an ambitious Learning & Development Business Partner to join our People & Development team.
We're looking for someone who can act as a trusted partner to our hotel leaders, identify capability gaps, design innovative learning solutions, and deliver projects that have a genuine impact on business performance, employee growth, and guest experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with General Managers, Heads of Department and People leaders across the business to identify skills gaps, performance challenges and future capability needs
- Use people insights, business data and stakeholder feedback to recommend impactful development solutions
- Create engaging learning experiences that go beyond the classroom
- Develop blended, digital and AI-enabled programmes that support operational excellence
- Facilitate workshops and discussions that challenge thinking, build capability and drive action
- Help shape talent pathways and career progression opportunities across Imperial London Hotels
- Contribute to succession planning and workforce development initiatives
- Support the creation of skills frameworks and learning pathways that enable long-term growth
- Manage L&D projects from concept through to implementation
- Measure effectiveness through data, learning analytics and business outcomes
- Use insight to continually improve learning experiences and demonstrate value
- Promote learning initiatives across the business
- Ensure onboarding, compliance and essential learning activities are delivered effectively
- Help create a culture where people can develop, thrive and build rewarding careers

What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years' experience in Learning & Development
- Experience partnering with managers and operational leaders to identify development needs
- Strong learning design and facilitation experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- The confidence to challenge constructively and drive change
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A recognised L&D, training or facilitation qualification
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience in hospitality, retail or other customer-focused environments
- Exposure to multi-site operations
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Experience with coaching, mentoring or management development
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms, learning analytics and AI-enabled learning solutions
