Package Description

At Agincare, we're passionate about developing the next generation of Health & Social Care professionals. As an established and respected care provider, we deliver high-quality training and apprenticeship programmes that empower learners to build rewarding careers while making a real difference to people's lives.

About The Role

We're looking for a Learning and Development Coach to support and inspire apprentices throughout their learning journey. You'll manage a caseload of learners, delivering engaging teaching, coaching and assessment that helps them develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required within their apprenticeship standards.

Working closely with apprentices and employers, you'll provide tailored support, monitor progress, deliver functional skills and sector-specific training, and ensure learners successfully achieve their qualifications within agreed timescales. You'll also contribute to Agincare's wider Learning & Development activities and champion safeguarding and learner wellbeing at every stage.

This role is a remote role with some travel to deliver in person training at our patch offices and homes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
