Role Description

The Learning and Development Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs that enhance the performance of operations, rider teams, and back-office staff. This role includes:

  • Conducting needs assessments
  • Developing learning roadmaps
  • Creating instructional materials such as e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids tailored to logistics and courier operations

The consultant will:

  • Manage and optimize learning management systems
  • Track training participation and effectiveness
  • Report on key learning metrics to leadership

Day-to-day activities involve:

  • Collaborating with department heads to identify skill gaps
  • Facilitating virtual training sessions
  • Coaching managers on best practices
  • Ensuring learning content remains current with evolving business processes and service standards

The role also supports onboarding programs and contributes to a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development and Learning Management to design, deliver, and track effective learning programs.
  • Candidates should possess proven expertise in Instructional Design to create engaging, practical learning materials for diverse roles and skill levels.
  • Candidates should possess solid Consulting skills to conduct needs assessments, recommend solutions, and influence stakeholders on learning strategies.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to facilitate training, present information clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and virtual training delivery is highly beneficial.
  • Background in logistics, courier services, e-commerce, or fast-paced operational environments is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
