Learning & Development Manager – £600 - £800 Per Day - London (Hybrid) - Financial Services

Overview:

A market-leading consultancy organisation is searching for experienced Learning & Development Consultants at both Senior Consultant and Manager level to join a growing People Consulting practice focused on the Financial Services sector.

Working with leading Banking, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management organisations, you'll help clients transform how they build capability, develop learning strategies and deliver large-scale learning and change programmes.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver learning and capability workstreams across large-scale business and transformation programmes
  • Partner with clients to design learning strategies, capability frameworks and future learning functions
  • Develop innovative learning solutions across digital and classroom-based delivery
  • Support organisational change by embedding learning initiatives that drive behavioural change and business performance
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout programme delivery
  • Lead workshops, facilitate discussions and present recommendations to client leadership teams
  • Produce high-quality analysis, reports, presentations and client deliverables
  • Contribute to business development activities, proposals and thought leadership
  • Lead client engagements, manage delivery teams, coach junior consultants and take ownership of multiple workstreams and project outcomes
  • Stay current with emerging learning technologies, industry trends and best practice to deliver innovative client solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering Learning & Development or Learning Transformation projects within a consultancy or large corporate environment
  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience designing or delivering learning strategies, capability programmes or organisational learning initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes
  • Financial Services experience (Banking, Insurance or Wealth & Asset Management) is highly desirable
  • Experience with learning technologies, learning analytics or digital learning solutions would be advantageous
  • Previous experience leading project teams, managing client relationships and supporting business development activities
