At Amoria Group, we're looking for a passionate and driven Learning & Development Consultant to join our growing Learning & Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on coaching, mentoring and helping people achieve their full potential while remaining at the heart of a high-performing recruitment business.
As a Learning & Development Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting and developing our new recruitment consultants through structured onboarding, training and coaching programmes. Your work will directly impact productivity, performance, retention and long-term business success.
What you'll be doing
Training & Coaching
- Deliver engaging learning solutions through classroom training, workshops, desk-based coaching, call listening and role-play sessions.
- Design and facilitate training programmes for trainee recruitment consultants.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and performance support.
- Help consultants strengthen both their recruitment and sales skills.

Learning & Development
- Partner with managers and business leaders to identify learning needs.
- Conduct training needs analyses and create solutions to address skills gaps.
- Develop and maintain engaging learning resources and materials.
- Create and manage training content within our Learning Management System (LMS).
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Sales Leaders, Managers and Talent Attraction teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations around trainee performance and development.
- Collaborate across the wider Learning & Development function, sharing best practice and resources.
Onboarding & Retention
- Support the onboarding and induction of new starters.
- Contribute ideas that improve engagement, retention and speed to productivity.
- Help create an exceptional learning experience from day one.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in contract recruitment, managing both client and candidate relationships.
- Strong understanding of recruitment sales processes, performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive, resilient approach with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
