West Didsbury, Manchester | Full-Time, Permanent | 8:30am to 5:00pm, Early finish on Fridays

Are you an experienced contract recruiter looking to take your career in a new direction?
Amoria Group is seeking a passionate and driven Learning & Development Consultant to join our Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in contract recruitment who enjoys coaching, developing people, and helping individuals maximise their potential.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing the new recruitment consultants through onboarding, training, and coaching programmes, driving productivity, performance, retention, and long-term business success.
The Role
As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will design and deliver engaging training programmes to trainee recruitment consultant, provide one-to-one coaching, analyse performance data and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure our people have the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Coaching
- Deliver learning solutions through classroom training, workshops, desk-based coaching, call listening and role-play sessions.
- Design and facilitate training programmes for junior recruitment consultants.
- Provide performance coaching and regular developmental feedback.
- Support consultants in building both recruitment and sales capabilities.
Learning & Development
- Conduct training needs analysis with managers and business leaders.
- Identify skills gaps and implement appropriate learning solutions.
- Create and maintain engaging learning materials.
- Develop and manage content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Sales Leaders, Managers and Talent Attraction teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations on trainee performance and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Learning & Development function to share best practices and resources.
Onboarding & Retention
- Support new starter onboarding and induction programmes.
- Contribute ideas to improve engagement, retention and speed to productivity.
- Help create an exceptional employee learning experience from day one.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' contract recruitment experience managing both candidate and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of recruitment sales processes and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Resilient, proactive and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
