Company Description

Accelerator Solutions Limited is a Learning and Development consultancy that focuses on unlocking the potential of people within organisations through tailored training and research programs. The company believes that empowered, supported, and inspired employees are a key competitive advantage. Using its Accelerate 4D Framework, Accelerator Solutions co-creates practical, people-focused learning and research initiatives with clients.

Level: Mid to Mid-Senior

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (DOE)

Location: London (Victoria office), hybrid

Reporting to: Head of Training Delivery

Client Level: Mid-management to Director level

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Learning & Development Consultant who can work with clients to diagnose development needs, design tailored and immersive learning solutions, and deliver high-impact people development interventions, primarily in person with virtual delivery as needed. The role involves owning and growing a portfolio of client relationships while collaborating closely with internal teams.

This is a hands-on delivery role. It is not suited to candidates whose experience is limited to L&D strategy, policy or programme design without direct facilitation experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Consulting Delivery

  • Work directly with clients to discover and diagnose learning and performance challenges
  • Design tailored, immersive learning solutions aligned to client needs and business context
  • Deliver learning interventions across a range of formats (workshops, programmes, facilitated sessions), primarily in person with virtual delivery as needed
  • Bring external perspectives, fresh thinking, and challenge to client conversations
  • Work with mid to mid-senior level client groups, including Director-level audiences

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
