Your role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator.
This is a varied and impactful role supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of Learning and Development activities across the organisation.
- You will lead on co-ordinating training, maintaining high-quality e-learning content within our Learning self-service system, facilitating and co-facilitating training sessions/ workshops and ensuring learners receive a smooth end-to-end experience.
- In addition, you will lead on our early careers programme, including apprenticeships, work experience initiatives, and represent the organisation at career fairs.
What You Will Need
- You must be a team player with excellent organisational and customer service skills and have a good aptitude for using IT systems.
- You should be confident working under pressure, able to manage changing and sometimes conflicting priorities, while consistently maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Previous training administrative experience within a busy office environment is essential.
- You must also hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or be actively working towards it.
