Learning & Development Coordinator
📍 Chelmsford, Essex
⏰ Full Time | Permanent
We're growing at Eurobase, and we're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to take ownership of learning, development and career progression across our business.
This is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage of our growth. You'll have the freedom to shape our approach to L&D, work closely with managers and senior leadership, and create development programmes that have a huge impact on our people and performance.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Own and develop our L&D strategy, aligned to our wider people and business objectives
- Design and deliver engaging learning programmes across different levels of the organisation
- Build and continuously improve onboarding and early career development programmes
- Work with managers to identify skills gaps and create targeted development plans
- Develop clear career pathways, competency frameworks and progression opportunities
- Deliver workshops, coaching and training sessions both in person and virtually
- Support managers in becoming stronger coaches and people developers
- Use data, feedback and performance insights to measure the impact of L&D
- Manage learning platforms, resources and training records
- Identify new learning methodologies, tools and approaches that could benefit the business

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in L&D, Training, Talent Development
- Experience designing and delivering structured learning programmes
- Strong experience in coaching, mentoring and developing people
- Experience working with managers and senior stakeholders
- A strong understanding of career development and progression
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A data driven approach to measuring learning effectiveness
- The confidence to challenge, influence and bring new ideas to the table
- A genuine passion for helping people reach their potential
