We're looking for an Employee Development Lead for a public sector organisation based in Nottinghamshire (hybrid) on an initial 12-month contract, paying up to £350 per day (Inside IR35).
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to attend the office around 3 days per week.
The successful Employee Development Lead will design, deliver and evaluate learning and development programmes across a large, complex organisation. You'll run workshops, onboarding and development interventions, manage the LMS and digital learning platforms, and turn organisational needs into practical learning solutions and capability-building initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams and use learning data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, delivering and evaluating L&D programmes within a complex organisation
- Facilitating workshops, training programmes and development interventions
- Managing Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms, including reporting and content administration
- Conducting learning needs analysis and building career pathways and capability initiatives
- Stakeholder management, project management and clear communication across teams
Beneficial Experience:
- Developing organisational capability strategies, early careers and talent development programmes
- Working within technical, engineering, scientific, manufacturing or other regulated environments
- Knowledge of e-learning development, learning analytics, talent management and UK skills or apprenticeship frameworks

Qualifications:
- A CIPD Level 5/7, L&D or coaching qualification is highly desirable.
