Learning and Development Coordinator

London (Hybrid)
Permanent
£30,000 - £35,000 p/a

The Role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join the growing team of a boutique consultancy based in London but with a global presence. They are specialists in HR, L&D, Financial and Procurement consulting and need someone to play a key role in the L&D department supporting on both the logistics and systems within the Learning team.

In this role you will sit right at the centre of the L&D function, supporting the team and keep delivery tight. This will include:

  • Coordinating logistics for training sessions (virtual & in-person)
  • Feeding updates, data and insights into the L&D Specialists
  • Maintaining the SuccessFactors Learning Management System platform
  • Downloading and collating reports from survey tools
  • Managing team inboxes, calendars, joining instructions & comms
  • Maintain and updated learner guides and documentation
  • Keeping stakeholders honest on deadlines and actions

The Successful L&D Coordinator will have…

  • Previous experience in a similar role in Learning and Development
  • Tech-savvy experienced LMS user who is quick to learn new systems
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel with strong reporting skills
  • Proactive approach and highly organised – someone who can spot gaps and fill them!
  • Confident communicator
