Overview Learning and Development (L&D) Manager (12 months FTC) Maternity Cover Herbalife Europe Limited / Herbalife U.K. Limited, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1HB About the team and role: Our team is focused on enabling Distributor success through high impact training, learning and capability building across multiple markets. We are a collaborative, fast paced and people focused team who are committed to delivering engaging, scalable learning experiences that drive both performance and growth. As a Regional Learning and Development Manager you will play a critical role in designing and delivering impactful training programmes for Distributors across Europe and Africa. Acting as a trusted partner to markets and stakeholders, you will ensure training is engaging, relevant and aligned to business priorities, while supporting Distributors to build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. Why this role stands out: High impact role directly influencing Distributor performance and business growth Opportunity to work across diverse international markets and audiences Blend of training design, facilitation and stakeholder collaboration Exposure to events, training initiatives and large scale programmes People focused role with strong emphasis on engagement and influence Collaborative, supportive and energetic team culture In this role you will: Design and deliver end-to-end training programmes and learning journeys Support Distributor knowledge across products, services, marketing plan and tools Partner with content teams to develop engaging digital learning solutions and materials Provide market support, including localisation of training content Maximise LMS adoption and return rate from Distributors. Collaborate with sales, marketing, events and distributor success teams Monitor training performance, engagement and completion rates Contribute to continuous improvement of training strategies and platforms Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of a Coordinator, ensuring high performance and ongoing development Our requirements: Proven experience in Learning & Development (L&D) design and delivery is essential Certifications in e-learning development, coaching, leadership development or related fields would be beneficial Strong experience in training programme design and content creation Ability to deliver engaging, high energy training experiences Experience working across multiple markets and cultures Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Experience working with Distributors, franchisees or independent business owners Ability to thrive in a fast paced, proactive environment A strategic, impact focused thinker with strong communication skills, able to engage others, adapt quickly and collaborate effectively across diverse markets What we offer: International environment.
